Return and Refund Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us on our email at darshanayaofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon receiving your request, we’ll arrange for a return pick-up to collect the item at the earliest. 

Return Conditions:

• We only accept returns on damaged or defective products. No returns will be accepted in case of size or quality issues. 
• Please make sure to record a product unboxing video for us to rightly learn about the issue and process your return request at the earliest.
• We will not accept returns of items without the required label or seal.
• Items altered from their original condition or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
• Products damaged during use are not eligible for refund or replacement.
